How does
Mass Gainer Protein provide the ideal nutrients for your muscle and weight gain needs? It includes HDPS, a scientifically-based, precision engineered matrix of proteins formulated to optimise weight gain and muscle growth. Specifically, this synergistic protein combination includes whey protein fractions, soy isolates, caseinates and colostrum plus additional amino acids and other factors.

Mass Gainer Protein is high in Branched Chain Amino Acids (Isoleucine, Leucine and Valine) needed to maintain muscle mass and to replace those lost during intense exercise.

Mass Gainer Protein can be used in conjunction with
Balance Effervescent Creatine to achieve optimal results.
How do I use it?
Add 75g (approx 6 level scoops) to 400mL water (or whole milk) and shake or blend until mixed. Can be used up to three times daily. For a meal, take 2 x 75g serves in whole milk. Product will settle over time. Shake container before use.
